Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Why are there roles out there specifically for change management? Isn’t this something program managers always owned? Where does one draw the boundaries? It makes me question whether hiring change management analysts are really necessary but I see so many “change management” roles in consulting

Who is currently hiring entry-level OCM consultants? My close friend studied communications and organizational change, but found their way into logistics. They are looking for opportunities and I think they would be a much better fit as a consultant.
