Where to start. Sitting here contemplating life after a sixer and wondering why I keep getting to this place. I make my family scared of me and push my wife and kids farther away while I think everything is ok.I can stop drinking when I need to focus on work, but when things get out of control I just drink it away. Tired of this cycle but unsure where to turn, but I know if I continue down this path it won’t be good. I am a vet and think I have PTSD, but turn to the bottle when needed

What’s your preferred monitor setup? Been thinking 40” or larger ultra wide vs 4k 43” multi monitor (keep my current 27” as a secondary or pass that on to the wife and buy a bigger one). Main use is work (office suite) and movies. Desk space isn’t an issue.

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Thoughts on long term career opportunities and experience in the IT Change Management space versus traditional Org change management? Opportunities at servicenow popping up but am hesitant if this could pigeon hole me in the long term.

Current analyst (1.5 YOE) here with a strong interest in DevOps and Project Management. I feel like I am slowly but surely getting pigeon-holed in L&D work.
