Does anyone have recommendations for work pants postpartum? I’m still losing weight from pregnancy but would rather not buy pants unless if I can wear them once I’m back to my regular weight. I will be working in a business casual environment on the industry side

I highly recommend nuuly or fashion pass for rental! You can rent whatever size you need and not invest in clothes you won’t need long term

Nuuly probably has more work appropriate stuff in my experience!

Here’s a nuuly referral code if you’re interested: https://share.nuuly.com/caroline7256

Lots of brands have work pants that have an elastic band. Halara, Loft, Lululemon, Spanx come to mind. I would do a search for "work trouser elastic band" and you'll find lots of really great options that look professional but feel very comfy to help you get through this season!

In a similar boat. I just got the High Hopes pant from AYR and love them.

I really like the athleta Venice wide leg pants. I started in a large and they fit as I continued to lose weight. I probably dropped 15-20lbs before I repurchased in a medium. They wash nicely. I’m not the best at laundry and sometimes they sit in the dryer for a while. I pack as is for trips and iron when I get there and you can’t even tell.

I have been unhappy with the work I am doing for a few months. Not getting interview calls too. Feeling stuck. Is it okay to resign without an offer in hand in this case? I think about quitting all the time but if there are high chances of recession too. Please share your opinions. Thank you.

How does underwriting compare to PIP litigation in terms of flex time (ability to stop/start work throughout day, work at 2 am if needed, etc)

For example.. in PIP Litigation I can review my suits at 2 am if needed (as a result of having a rough day or other emergency) and still be in compliance

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
