I had an interview today and interviewer asked me if I had an offer and I said yes then she asked why are you not accepting that. And I said that as it is a startup and earlier I worked on a startup and it went down so there is no job security and the second thing I added was that they are offering less than my expectations.

I have the opportunity to take a new field sales role (w/ same company) selling DC equipment to federal government customers.
