Does anyone know how ATS works in general? Like what’s the workflow like when you apply? I ask because after uploading the resume, most systems ask for you to list out your experience and education. Do recruiters/ hiring managers on the other end just look at the resumes or the information we fill out in these systems?

Has this happened to anyone else? I used to eat a lot of unhealthy, processed foods a few months ago. I transformed my ways and have eaten quite healthy since. Today I ate some cookies and chips after a long time, and I feel like shit. Stomach upset, heavy chest and just really lethargic.
