Currently at 170 pounds (5'9 height if that matters) and want to go to about 145. Any thoughts on how to do so in a sustainable and non intrusive way to my lifestyle? I'm okay with it taking 6 mos.

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.

Has anyone experienced non compete clauses? If I left a job after a week to work for a competitor, what happens? Is a week ok since I’m basically still being onboarded?

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate.
