does anyone know how far back Safeway goes for background checks? I know someone trying to get hired who had a misdemeanor 9 years ago and theyre worried they will be disqualified.

I don't know about Safeway specifically, but in general, seven years is the norm. Hopefully safeway isn't an extra in-depth and it will workout for your friend.

I believe it is 7 years. A misdemeanor should not bar someone from obtaining a job. The employer would be required to show how the charge would keep the candidate from performing the position they applied for.

I'm not sure about Safeway either but typically the background checks could go up to 10 years for misdemeanors. Some states limit it to 7 years though.

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. This will be the 3rd transfer cycle that’s getting canceled, it just really sucks...what’s worse is I didn’t see my doctor today, just the sono tech, (cont’d)

For the first time in my life, I know what I’m supposed to do at my job, with relationships around me and it’s all because the enormous sense of anxiety I used to experience evaporated during quarantine.
