Plaintiff’s counsel wants a settlement offer, and discovery responses or they’re gonna file a motion to compel. The company has been made aware of the insured’s noncooperation but they have tell us they’re pulling coverage for us to withdraw.

Currently have a case where where plaintiff is claiming extensive lost wages from missing tips from working as a bartender/waitress.
