Is the FnF = [4 weeks per year (severance) + 2 weeks per year (gratuity) ] * [Total Annual Fixed Part including Base and HRA etc all things/52] + 2 month *[Annual Fixed /12]

FnF = 6*yoe*Fixed/52 + Fixed /6
