I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi Fishes, Y.O.E 7.5+ years. Tata Consultancy TCS is offering 25LPA including variable pay and everything. So just 15% increment on my current salary since they mentioned I am leaving my current organization within 1 year.
They mentioned 8-12% is VP plus 80k from that salary is paid at the end of each year. Is it a good enough salary for 7.5+ yoe candidate. Also any heads up for the things I should look out for will be really helpful.

1. Understand who all are your stakeholders from your supervisor.
2. Get any documents about the projects from these stakeholders.
3. Find author of those documents and connect with them. Flag risk with supervisor.
I will share my Story here.
I was in Wipro with just one year of experience. Was asked to take KT alone from IBM,
I struggled a lot, did lot of research, did lot of questioning, asked many questions to supervisor, asked many help from respective stakeholder.
Did my best had a smooth handover, got senior resources onboard also after some time. Project was stabilized . Everything was good.
Now perks of my hard work- Everyone in the project was knowing me. I was promoted on single request and on same promotion cycle with priority. I was given opportunity to lead the team even my experience was low.
So Experience matters but if you get the opportunity and grab it hard that matters a lot.
Now a days all organisations are facing resource crunch due to high attrition rates.
Try to perform the task , as as many questions you have. Give your 100% . And you will see that Big IT companies do also recognises people who stands out and perform outstanding.
