I'm new, project is new, no one to give KT.

What I'm a supposed to do?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

So I worked from home yesterday and my husband had a sneak peak on my meetings with clients (which I’m very new to being a senior). He mention that I should read some sales pitch books of some sorts so I can get a process down and not be drain from having genuine conversations with every client. I think it’s a great idea. Anyone have thoughts or recommendation?

Made it to the on-site round for a Sales S&O interview. However, both of the interviewers are Managing Directors of Sales. I thought they would be other S&O managers. How would this affect interview questions (e.g would GCA case studies be sales focused?) how can I best prepare for this given a lack of a sales background.

I have a in person(online, 4 hours - 4 people) technical interview coming up and I have been practicing my coding for the past 3 weeks. The only thought I've been having is "what if I can't solve the coding question?" I am still fairly new to the software engineer scene and the position is for a level 1 software engineer.
Does it essentially end my chances if at any point I can't solve the question? I mean I will definitely attempt to talk it through, ask question, but no progress in code. 🤷

I joined TCS just 2.5months back and unfortunately my hr informed me that my bgc is negative. The reason is I didn't show them the past experience of 2 companies in which i was for a very short period time, and those 2 companies were MNC's. I got an offer from Infosys. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?

A unit in TCS is trying to retain me saying if they revise the ctc (from their unit bugedt) and provide an Indonesian onsite opportunity, will you revoke your papers. Is it worth taking this chance? The team is very small of just 10 people and I am not sure how much will they provide for onsite. Pls advice as not a single question was asked in the interview apart from expectations.
