Providence Health & Services Anyone looking to exit to industry? I’m a former Big 4 revenue cycle consultant now leading the net revenue valuation and analytics at a large West health system with two current openings. One is in the data shop (SQL, cloud migration, Clarity) and the other is on the analyst side (budget/forecast, variance/trend analysis). Offshore team for the grunt work allows us to focus on value-add, including collaboration with our data scientists on integrating machine learning into our processes. Providence Health & Services

PharmD here. Its hard to give a typical salary given the wide range of titles and functional areas within industry but glassdoor is directionally correct. I would look at manager/SM/AD level for big pharma
I believe pay bands are typically driven by title rather than degree. The degree and relevent experience (i.e. fellowship) allows you to qualify for non entry level roles
I would recommend the one that seems more interesting to you. Market access is closer to commercialization and HEOR is more academic (lots of PhD/MPHs)
It’s more important to think about quality of experience. A fellowship with a significant research component will likely be favorable for HEOR but payer strategy work in consultant would be more favorable for market access. From a compensation perspective, consulting will be significantly higher.
It would depend on level / years of experience at ZS. We don’t pay more just for the degree beyond hiring in at a non entry level (assuming 0-2 YOE beyond just the degree).
Agree with ZS1 regarding consulting positions. Fellowship is just seen as work experience
