Does Capgemini Invent offers salary based on prev drawn salary or has gone strict & offers as per set criteria based on experience level? What's the typical range they're open to negotiate for? How much time do they take from background verification to first draft of offer letter to final offer letter? Can someone help?

I’ve been prepping for MBB for months but I know I’m still not ready. I’m struggling with staying structured and with creative questions. I’m really frustrated because I feel like I’ve put in so much work but I’m not where I need to be to make it. I know if I interviewed today I wouldn’t make it through.
Any advice?
