Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.

I'd imagine this happens a lot with bidding wars and homes going significantly over asking. Does the buyer then offer to waive the contingency or is that something I have to ask them to?
