Don't code but love tech. Joined a startup in support, but evolved into a PM-centric role: brief devs, use client feedback for solutions.
I’m a confident high-achiever, but feel unrefined with zero mentorship. Also severely underpaid. I want to move somewhere with a team/mentor who has my back.
Feel underqualified for a "real" PM role but love it. Open to a complete industry pivot too.
Should I target APM, Product Ops, or something else? How do I find mentorship? Advice?
