Whats the halloween tradition like at your school? Do you celebrate? I went as Ms. Frizzle 3 years ago and the kids loved it.

Do you know anyone who after knowing then for years you realize they don't really stand for anything? There's nothing in which they say, "This, according to my values, is my red line and I will not participate in X." They get along with just about everyone and don't have much reaction when they're snubbed or slighted.

Would you call that maturity/zen or cowardice?

How do you tiptoe around discussing your previous job in an interview if it was really bad. I worked for a place for about 3.5 months that was unethical, doing illegal things, treating me like crap and ultimately forcing my hand until I had to quit.
