Is my relationship worth it? Met my SO of 3 years senior year of college. Hoped we would graduate and start our full time jobs together, but my SO is unfortunately still in school (switched majors, transferred schools, etc). Our relationship has taken a big hit, as I am moving forward with my life but he is still in school and can’t find a job. I am also starting to resent him and he is turning more insecure. I am only 23, is this worth it?

How many married professionals with young families are just sticking it out “for the kids”? Marriage is very dead and has been for a while. Young kids 4 and 1. My wife and I don’t fight, but share 0 interests outside of the kids and can’t stand to be around each other. I’m so ready to leave… I just can’t bear the thought of doing it to my children even though another part of me feels like wife and I would both be better parents if our lives were separate. My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. I think it’s dumb, will hurt the relationship and I also don’t want to ruin my reputation. Thoughts?

What are your thoughts on the term, person of color? It tends to be controversial at times. Do you prefer something more specific? I personally prefer "Black" for myself.

I’m curious about how your districts handle wearing BLM apparel. I recently got in trouble for wearing a BLM shirt, but my school had no policy in place to justify their decision to have me remove the message.

Does anyone have experience with building a mentorship program or affinity groups for Educator of Color? Willing to offer any advice?
