Any consulting firms hiring new grad students ?

My boss assigns projects with unclear expectations and provides no guidance on how to achieve them.

I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".

How do you approach projects when your boss plays the "guess what's in my head" game?

My mentality for work and life at this point is, “I could do a lot better” but retrospectively, I could do so much worse, so I’m somewhat content

I love my SO but get unsure....they just went on a friends trip and came back and randomly said going on another one in two weeks. I said I wanted to spend time together so they came back next morning and said let's go away just us instead, which is awesome and I am happy BUT is it a red flag? They used to always be all about spending time together and now seems like I have to remind them to put us first in the past month. We both work hard and have kids so life is more complicated. Vent over.

What is the average teaching salary in your state? I’m a 1st year teacher at a public charter making $52k/year. I’m interested in teaching in Los Angeles upon leaving Texas.

What are your thoughts on the term, person of color? It tends to be controversial at times. Do you prefer something more specific? I personally prefer "Black" for myself.

What’s your state doing to advance equity in edu? In CA we talk a lot about equity at the student/class levels, but aren’t addressing issues around financial equity and cultural equity in schools.
