What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.

Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?
- What is an average annual hike that the firm gives?

You can hire a HR consultant but what you really need to do is audit everything that you do that relates to human capital. For example, look at your recruiting strategy. Choose a position that you’ve already filled and look at who was in the pipeline. how did you really make the decision to hire. where did you source these candidates? how many of them were women or people of color? Then I would move on to training and development. what topics are you using to train the workforce? how are you training everyone? When you talk about equity and inclusion and belonging you have to weave it into everything that you do! That’s the only way an organization can be truly successful and authentic.
