Somedays I feel that I will learn everything, work harder than anyone else. I will keep growing.

I am constantly stuck between the two.
P.S when the time demanded, I worked my ass off, even 16-18 hours a day for upskilling. It paid off.
But now I am always going back and forth with these thoughts.

I am going to join a new company in a month. My baby is 1 year old. Being a mother i am afraid how would i cope up but at the same time i am thinking of progressing my career as i am there in my current company for past 6 years and it is a good time to switch (given the market hikes at this time). So i had absconded from my previous company. I returned all the company stuff & i put a mail to my manager as well. & after a year i had to pay up for the 2month notice period that I didn't serve. & then they gave me my relieving letter as well. Now after 2 year i have received an offer from a reputed mnc and they are gonna do a background verification. I do have the relieving letter. Will this effect my employment? Should i explain my situation at that time to them? Will they even ask?
