Is it possible a PPMD or someone in the know could walk us through the behind the scenes of the lay-off decision process. From when you get told to cut to when you have to deliver the message? It might help folks to know what that looks like and what variables and levers are pulled. We all speculate that it is low util, visa issues, bench etc that make up the algorithm but is there anything else? Is there anyone that advocates and says don’t cut this person cuz?
