Putting together a kit of emergency supplies to keep in my classroom. This is specifically for myself, not my students. Looking for ideas that I may have missed. So far I’ve got:

- Ibuprofen, pepto, cough drops
-flossers, mini deodorant
- Mini sewing kit, safety pins, tide pen
- Hair brush and socks
Other things like lotion, chapstick, period supplies, I keep in my purse, so don’t need to add that. Any experiences that made you think, “wow I really wish I had XYZ”?

Any metaverse coins I should be looking at? What’s the next big thing? Have a few grand to gamble away.

Do visa employees have laptop options upon joining? What is the standard laptop?

For experienced hires, is there any job related technical trainings during the first few weeks?

What are your thoughts about putting an explanation for the current gap (as in, I haven’t been working for several months) on your resume, LinkedIn profile or cover letter? If you think it should be included in one of these places, how would you do it?

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

So I’m engaged in an interview process for a top FinTech company. It started the 1st week of August and just now I’ve gotten word from my recruiter that they didn’t update on any decisions made. I had my 3rd & final interview last Friday. My recruiter doesn’t communicate well nor does she let me communicate with the company direct. May I being led on? Am I still in the race for this role in your opinion with the details stated. Please message me if you would like to know more in detail.

I have an interview for a production manager position in Apparel next week. I am not sure what salary and additional benefits I should ask. The salary range around the metro area is 85k-120k for this position. Can someone give me some advice?

I actually think this could be a whole separate class for students of all ages. Learning about conflict resolution, growing your own self-regulation skills...it's really important.
