Only feedback I receive is when someone is pissed off, and usually it is the fault of the person that is mad, or something that I have no control over.

That’s honestly so frustrating. It sucks when the only feedback you hear is when something’s wrong, especially when it’s out of your control. Wish more people would speak up about the good stuff too, not just when they’re upset.
