I'm doing some due diligence on a startup founder and I'd love another set of eyes. If you look up Jennifer Sethre of Intry on LinkedIn, she lists that she was President of Lighting Science Group Corporation from Nov 2013 to Aug 2014, but I found an SEC Form that says she was appointed President March 1, 2014 and resigned July 17. And if you look at the rest of her work experience, it is all top exec roles all the way back to her first job after university in '94, which is a VP role. Odd, no?
