pls. don't stress others, on basis of work-load, we all know that, you all work hard, talenteds, &highly competitive nature, &know more than others-at times, we were hospitalised;&pls. enough of passing motivational, inspirational stories;if possible,pls. treat fellow employees, as other family-members&if possible,take some responsibilities, from others(who were overloaded,&stressed/unable to do), &no one will stop you getting compensated, for them;

I'll switch to a startup as the only data engineer and will closely work with all the Head ofs + the CTO.

Any advice/books/... on stakeholder management at that level? Especially when things fail/discussing budgets/new hires etc.

Hey Peeps, I got an offer from Thoughtworks. I heard that you get some stocks too. But the offer letter does not mention it. HR confirmed it though that there would be a separate communication regarding the same. I have 7.5 YOE and joining as Senior consultant QA. How much stocks value can i expect to get?
