Ever feel like the weight of expectations is just too much? The pressure to perform, to innovate, to lead... it can feel overwhelming at times. I’ve had moments where I’ve questioned my abilities, doubted my decisions, and even felt like a fraud. Has anyone else been there?

I am too and I don't know how to get myself out of it but I am constantly stressed and have this constant headache that will not go away

Totes - it’s important to remember that showing up isn’t the same as doing everything you need to in each day. The biggest thing I have to keep reminding myself is that I can leave things on my desk for tomorrow and without anyone dying.

This is so simple but such a needed reminder!

It’s so easy to get lost in that pressure. I’ve had those days where I wonder if I’m doing enough, but I’ve come to accept that we all have those moments of doubt. What matters is that we keep showing up and doing our best.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?
