I’m currently using the 3rd edition of the IAPP prescribed material and the All-in-one Exam book by Peter Gregory.

Have always dreamt of having my own condo or loft but currently not ready yet. I’d love to know how I can start preparing for that milestone.

If anyone's a condo owner and recently went through the process, what steps did you take? How long did it take to save? How much do we need to save?

I’m a bariatric coordinator and an RN. I graduate with my MSN in executive leadership in December. I’ve always wanted to go into leadership. My CNO turned my current job into a “leadership” position. I feel like all of this was done in attempts to get me to “be quiet”. I feel so overlooked, and under appreciated. I’ve been a nurse for 8 years, and worked 7.5 years in high risk ICU. Any advice for the BCG Gamma Data Scientist coding test on HackerRank? I'm mailed that it's a "Python test" but need to know more to prepare better; plus I have an exam coming up. Any firms that use CCH make sure your invoices are being checked carefully. We just reviewed ours and were over-billed the last 2 years. We were supposed to have discounts and the math wasn’t even correct across for the amount times the discount to the amount billed. The worst part is our rep then gave a bullshit story of how the list price was incorrect on the invoice but the amount billed was correct.

I started a firm with three other colleagues about a year and a half ago. We all came from the same bigger firm and now obviously we are considered a very small. We want to make our first hire and hire someone for around $100,000 as a manager to manage around $200,000 of work. They came back at $120,000. After taxes and benefits that’s $150k to manage and prepare $200k of work. Anyone own a smaller firm who can share opinion? How much work should one manage for that kind of salary?

Newer partner and first time having extra money to invest. I’ve maxed my 401k contributions past few years and currently have the rest in a brokerage account. I’m planing for a lot more contributions the next ~20 years until I retire. What does everyone else do? Is the Roth IRA the way to go? 529 plans for the kids?
