After seeking transfer due to family medical reasons, faced resistance. Escalated against Director and Partner and they retaliated against me, as new project onboarding blocked. Have people been doing more or less work with personal projects since working from home? I feel like it’s been harder to keep motived to work on my side projects since starting a permanently remote position.

How are you all feeling about going into the holiday season while being remote? Missing the company holiday parties, or happy to be able to do your own thing?

I like working remotely but I'm starting to be concerned that am a little isolated. I'm 100% remote and I live alone. I'm not the biggest people person but this much alone time probably isn't healthy. Does anyone else every feel like this?
