Honest question not trying to be rude, but is there any legit reason to specifically want to work with freelancers over repped talent? other than underpaying/taking advantage of them because they have no support?

Weird to assume that because they’re freelance we would be taking advantage of anyone. Maybe I work at a production company that wants to bring in some new talent? Maybe I work at an agency and want to give an opportunity to someone without a rep to hopefully help them build their book.
