Hi what would be the salary range for an AVP and VP role (Operations) at NAB india? Also, would the salary be different for someone migrating from NAB australia to NAB india?
What are the typical working hours usually ? If say limited parking space gets filled by 7:30 am in building 9A then does that imply you (if driving to office via own car ) reach by say 7:30 am and then may be leave maximum say by 4 pm. Is it ? I heard they have shifted party to some Gartner building. So is parking still a issue for 9A based folks ?
Standard working hours are 8-5 . But you will see people start to leave by 4:15 which is like most other organizations i guess.
Well the main point is everyone is working for their counterparts in Australia and 4:15 IST for them is like 8:45 their time so not much left to do after this time.
For Gartner building : Only the operations side of business has/is planned to move to this building, to best of my knowledge. For Tech people its gonna be current 9A or we might shift to new office in DLF Downtown, i heard parking is plenty there. (Its the same region as Microsoft near ambience)
Also how is there induction session and can you describe what all happens in it ? Lastly what's there leave policy and how many leaves and public holidays are there as per policy ?

Well there is not one tech team. Tech teams are based on each verticals and then there is enterprise tech. I work for ET and i can say its good . Lots of talent and well experienced people.

Colleagues: its a tough question, but in a nutshell everyone is paid well and maximum tenure anyone has is 12 months . I guess that makes everyone happy as of now.
WLB: if you are coming from service based , you would definitely like it.
Food: ok ok. Not much variety but they are improving.
Cab: Not available, just shuttle till nearest metro is available .
Overall its a nice company with majority of employee benefits better than other companies. Soon they will be shifting to better office space so that should take away most of the complaints people have as of now(parking is available only if you reach office by 7:30am)
My date of joining is on 4th sep, I haven’t received any communication regarding where to report on date of joining and all. Any idea by when should I expect these details as the joining date is near now.
