Can someone tell me how many days does it take for the initial screening to happen after applying.

Also, how much time will it take for all the process to happen ( screening + interview + final discussion).

I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. Doing something in operations or finance. I have about four years of banking experience and three years sales. Any suggestions of fintech companies or what positions I should be looking into?

Anyone familiar with working for Kiavi/LendingHome? My experience is in private equity and structured products, I’ve been wanting to leave that and enter real estate for a while. They’re a self-proclaimed FinTech organization and I’m not at all familiar with that kind of structure for a company.
