Finding a job as a copywriter is so challenging rn. Any tips I might be missing?

Its hard to be positive nowadays in any work. When I joined IT industry i thought in IT we will not have politics and shit but its there. Ppl dont want to work together. They just want to keep their power. They achieve something and they wanna keep it anyhow. Its really sad. You wanna work with your open heart but ppl above you wont let it because in the end their position will be in danger. Why would be in danger? You know stuff, you have knowledge, you can grow more and more. Right??

What can I do/learn/work on to get into MS as senior software engineer. Currently working as firmware developer in IBM ISDL.

I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

I just got offered a Senior Copywriter role at another agency and I'm not sure I'm qualified for it. I have been in the industry for a little over 2 years. Am I overthinking it? or is it genuinely odd?

Please help! I'm looking for writing terminology. At our agency, we are getting more into creative writing vs ... executional writing? Please help me find the right term. Creative means developing the big idea (concepting), writing scripts and headlines with flair, etc.) for an awareness "hook" and then the other camp, which includes brochures, one pagers, banner ads, sales sheets.
