FIS project budget starts at the start of the year. So, whatever team has laid off, they would also have got budget till this year end. So no relation between budget and lay off.

Project budget and layoff different things if you receive budget than also they are doing layoff in FIS this is happened with many people in FIS. 0% job security at FIS I will suggest join other company instead of FIS they're doing organisation re structuring and every month they are doing layoff. Performance doesn't matter to them if they decide than decide.

I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
