I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

I'd say you need more conceptual work in there. Some one-off projects are nice, but ultimately agencies want to see some campaigns with "big ideas" blown out into multiple executions (print, digital, social, experiential, etc). The leather jacket work is on the right track, but I don't get what you're really saying with those ads. A tagline could help solve that issue, but you should think about what your main insight is. As in, what are you really trying to say about either the jacket itself or the person wearing it? Is it a high quality jacket made by a family who's been in the leather business for centuries? Does wearing this jacket show off your rebellious side? Think about how this jacket is different from the thousands of others on the market.
That said, don't go changing your whole book based on one junior's opinion. Take my comment into consideration along with the others you'll get and pay attention to the ones you consistently see.

Maybe it would be best to try and work on a given brief. Say take a brief from any student award competition and try to crack it. Find a great insight and develop an idea. I think a given brief will help you understand the steps of building a campaign. We all come up with random thoughts but sometimes find it very difficult to take them to a higher level and shape big ideas that lead to great campaigns. You're on a good track and it's great that you're willing to share your work with total strangers so you can learn from the raw feedback.
Good luck and if working in advertising is your dream, don't stop till you get there, no matter what people tell you.
