Fishes, attention here.. how long can one stay or work at EY India? Bcz, it's a consultancy company and I am afraid we can't get roles or projects with clients as our experience increases like 10+/12+/15+ YOE. because the vacancies for higher experienced candidates will be less and EY India doesn't have inhouse projects like other service based organisations like infy, Accenture,etc to give projects to us. As per my observation, the normal range of employees here is less than 12 YOE.
