For all who joined SAP recently, how many days before joining date you all got communication?

Can anyone guide me how to get a good SAP SD project as i joined newly i have as asked to into a famous phone project.. but i know i it works so i didn't get into that so they asked to get into a testing project... Apart from this how can I get a support project in Wipro.. your inputs will be very helpful.. TIA...

Does anyone else have that one person who is more senior than you that is just always so condescending while adding no value themselves? I have a director who I work with (not in my direct mgmt line) that just treats everyone on my team so poorly, so I act as the shield and it’s so annoying how someone who is so disrespectful and honestly not super value-added only ask for data/questions and not provide any genuine input or recommendations.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

How is the background verification done in SAP labs... Is permanent address verified? No one stays in my permanent address and it's kind of abandoned, will it pose a problem...
