I recently completed my technical interview with epam anywhere and I got selected in that. Now HR told me that I have one more project interview round which is also technical. In my epam profile it's showing that it's an offer interview. My HR told for functional testing it's a project interview instead of offer interview. I really confused about this and why should I take another Technical round even after clearing 1.5 hrs technical round. Can anyone share details of it?

I had a client force us to write a TV script and work Harrison Ford into it somehow, just so she could meet him. It was a Pharma spot and we already had a successful campaign.

Countless rounds of revisions on the sizzle reel from hell, and every time, the client would ask us to ”fix the volume of the music, it’s still too loud.”

There was no V/O. Only audio was the music track. It’s really hard to say “maybe you could turn down the volume on your laptop” without coming across as condescending.

Client to film director (in front of actor) “Can’t we just put him in Spanx? He’s looking a bit too chubby on screen.”

Client complains I’m not responsive enough on email (I respond within 10 mins every time) so I start replying even faster. Client says there is too much back-and-forth and I need to cut down on emails

Client: I gave final approval but I didn't mean final final.

“I’d like to drive awareness through demand” 🤯

Client: I want to make a 30s TV ad. I want reach.

Agency: For the same budget, we could do this newsworthy activation that will get you lots of PR, film it, and put it as a 30s TV ad.

Client: Nah.
