For 🐠🐟 that live in the Circle C area, is there really a difference between Circle C proper vs. the surrounding neighborhoods (e.g. Circle C North)? Or are we basically just paying a premium for the name?

(We're waiting for prices to come down like a lot of people here, and the hubs is very focused on being within Circle C proper 😮‍💨.)
