Hi fishes
I was supposed to have my Amazon Round 3 interview in the first week of May but the interviewer didn't join. My recruiter didn't reply for a few days and then rescheduled it.
Even in this rescheduled interview, my interviewer didn't join. This time my recruiter joined and said she'll reschedule my interview.
She still hasn't done that even after a follow up.
Is this common? Is this some kind of patience test?
I have no clue but I'm really frustrated at this point.
Please suggest

I have been down this road many times. First, I’m assuming you are giving a strong performance and are well liked and respected by the client and your own leadership team. Second, let’s assume there are no villains here, just tough logistical realities. In today’s business, if you are doing well & the client likes you, an agency is hesitant to move you because they probably don’t have a replacement readily available; and/or they are concerned that a replacement won’t work out as well & they will have an unhappy client. Plus, they have to find a new place for you that is a good fit - and given that WPP Media has been losing business, this may not be easy. In fact, it may be tough.
The way to approach this is to bring it up nicely that you want a new experience. Make sure your boss’ boss also is aware. Ask them them to develop a plan. It won’t happen overnight, because, again, they also have to find a new place for you in an agency that is probably contracting a bit.
If after 6 months there is no progress, you may have to look for a new job. If you have to resort to this route, look for a promotion & raise. You have to make job moves count.
There are more details and texture, of course, but these are the basic points.
Hope this is helpful.
Have you asked your manager?
I was on a new account every year for 3 years because we kept losing the business lol. I can’t stand the account I’m on now though, hoping for a chance honestly
What account are you on lol?

Just be vocal. Set up a catch up w your manager and make your wishes known and ask for support/help to look for opportunity to do that.
Common enough to ask to rotate
