I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

Honestly you should keep applying elsewhere just in case. Ive had so many promising offers fall through for crazy reasons. Best to not be crushed and have other options open.
No real advice to offer, just keeping my fingers crossed for you 🤞🏽
You can send follow up emails with the recruiter, probably 1 a week max. If it fizzles out by week three, move on.
Yes my #1 advice is to keep applying during the week you are waiting to send your next follow up. You’ll find many opportunities that might be a good fit that way, stacking the odds in your favor. I do this too where I see an opportunity that I think is amazing and then sit on my hands during the waiting game. Keep applying, keep interviewing till the offer comes. Then hopefully you’ll have some leverage when you have multiple offers 😊😊
Do not inundate them with follow-ups too much. Give it space. Trust the process. Don't let this opportunity be the "be all, end all" of the opportunities ahead. Keep calm and carry on 😉 Good luck!
@OP Hmm. I’d space out the follow ups a bit more. You can send a thank you card to him if you haven’t already but generally CDs don’t like to be bothered with this admin kind of stuff.
Don’t be desperate. Cultivate other opportunities while you wait. Go to a networking event.
Pursue another lead. Helps the mind calm down.
Yes to all of this 👆🏻 maybe see if you can get in touch with HR for next steps in the process and to make things more formal. Agree that the CD is definitely not going to want to deal with admin stuff so see if you can find an HR rep online. You can even try calling their main line and explaining the situation to see if they’ll connect you to HR. They’re probably your best bet to hear back and get the formal process rolling. Good luck!
it was with the senior creative director not the recruiter. kind of backwards I guess?
Its "a dream place" Vs your current shit . Whatever job you get will be a dream Vs that. So keep on going and even if this does not work out whatever does will be enough
@OP who brought you in? The CD? Was there a contact person who arranged the meetings?
my former CD connected me directly with him and we met. after our meeting, he introduced me to a marketing director and I met with them for a bit too
