I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Let’s work together on a realistic deadline and I’ll get it done.
I’d like that too but it literally never happens
The first. I like to work in my own pace but knowing there is a finish by date.
I prefer to ask: “Need this by x date. Does that sound ok or do you need more or less time to get it done?”

Deadline, or else I’ll be scrolling through whatever.
Deadline, if it’s reasonable
A brief should have an absolute minimum of these three things: the goal, the deliverable, and the deadline.
Deadlines. Always.
Preference doesn’t matter, deliverables are there for a reason.
