Frontend dev, 3 YOE (2y 8m+3m intern). Laid off 3m ago from small firm (2.6LPA) they lost clients. Just cleared degree backlogs; awaiting cert, so no degree on hand. Interviews: small startup ghosted after 2 rounds; mid-size startup failed 1st round; service firm (5-6LPA) 2 rounds done, no reply (hope holiday delay). Also rejected from a fresher role that welcomed experience. I optimize my resume but fear my background is the issue. Upskilling but frustrated; at 3 AM everything feels like shit.

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.

I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

What should I do ??
