Gave the round 2 interview at Citi for the C10 role on last Wednesday and it's Friday now , no response from them.

Can anyone shed some light on how it works out there? When can I expect a response , even if it's a rejection?

You can follow up with them on email asking for update. Following up once generally does not go against your candidature. It may help you in getting closure either way. That being said, all the best for your process.

I'm at a smaller MM bank. My original goal was to start here and hustle through into a BB, but I wasn't expecting to really like the people (my team, my direct seniors). I think the work we do probably wouldn't differ a crazy amount (we close deals, just smaller of course) and I'm wondering if I really have a reason to try to move into a bigger bank.
