Have a final partner round case interview at OW in the Life Sciences team, Europe for the SC role. Haven't been able to practise casing due to intense projects. Anyone has any recommendations on what should I focus on as the interview is in a week. So far my conversations with the Partners have been about the fit and the OW vision in Europe and this will be the first case with them. I am super motivated to join the growing team, so dont want to .... up the final round. Oliver Wyman

FTI Consulting folks. What was your bump last year from C to SC? HCOL city here.
For reference, I’m interested in base comp and target bonus data for the corporate finance/merger integration group.
Would love some data points here as I’ve got an offer in hand and contemplating accepting. FTI Consulting, Inc. FTI Consulting

If you want to work on CDD, Bain is a great spot. McK has a strong practice as well. LEK and EY-P are great places to learn but more likely to run into sell side work (VDD) or work with MM funds or UMM funds. Plus if staying long term the economics of leadership at McK or Bain are far better
Yea def can get into 8 digits
Lek. EY-P. Or Bain,
Literally the only three options
I wouldn't discount McK and BCG - Obviously not as PE focused as Bain but let's be honest recruiters are HAPPY to talk to anyone from MBB.
Assuming Bain, McK, S&, LEK, EYP are top of the list, but curious if the work is much different across these groups and what makes them stand out against the rest.
MBB/T2
A&M and AP both focus to PE. And if you look at their alum on LinkedIn you see a lot of of them work in PE.
Value creation and CDD are very different skill sets. LEK you’ll do a lot of CDD, which could be interesting for investment roles.
For PE ops, I would argue more ops-focused firms would actually be better (McK, BCG, etc.)
