I have offer from 2 companies
1 is startup and 1 is cognizant. I want to join cognizant and 18th aug is DOJ for both.
I want to keep startup offer as backup if something happens with cognizant like extension or other things
Should i accept the offer and start BgV in startup and can reject before 1-2 days of joining or i should not start bgv just decline the offer?

I am done with my HR round. And said I am selected in Siemens, balewadi, but not yet received the offer letter. Its been a month now They are waiting for approvals. Any idea when will I get the offer letter.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.
