Not a meme but…

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Had a client kill an entire campaign at the last minute because their elderly wife “just didn’t get it.” The target audience was young people aged 18-25.
That's insane. I understand the agency and everyone else gets paid regardless? How do they justify that to the company?

We had a campaign for a financial client that depicted its mascot engaged in a sport (the metaphor of the spot worked well for the product we were selling). During the final round of creative review, the CMO came in and directed us to change it to a specific, little known sport that he had just personally tried over the weekend and very much enjoyed. The way this sport worked was impossible to connect to the product in any way. The whole idea fell apart.
