Hey all! I currently have 2 YOE at Deloitte and have an S& offer for A2. I’m pushing back for A3 level instead. Anyone had any luck negotiating this in the past? Do Experience hires typically come in at A2 instead of A3? Also, was given a sign on of $10k. How does this compare? Thanks in advance! 😊

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
