Any Sales Leaders doing any of the following with their sales teams?
I switched firms this year to a boutique (~15 attys) that pays out sizable year end bonuses (I was told during the hiring process at least 75% of our base salary for associates). The year is winding down and no one is talking about timing, amounts, etc. My self-eval was due yesterday and I’ve tried to politely ask about “expectations” in that context with other associates but no one is spilling the tea. Is there an industry standard timing for this? Am I being too polite?
I have not filled timesheet since 10 days of my joining in tcs , will it be automatically updated as I was told in induction 🤔

After joining Larsen & Toubro Infotech anyone absconded it or left within 2-3 days after joining and joined Mindtree ??
If yes , kindly tell the procedure or ping me .
Been kicking for a while in FAAS, thoughts on staying with the split or moving on to other pastures? I can see the argument with staying and building up a new advisory practice from the scratch but also, I can see the argument that being an Audit dominated business sets up already for failure. Views are welcomed!!
How do I manage working with a small team of teachers that are all best friends? I work in a community that is very "born here, die here" and I'm the outsider!

Does your job email a bunch of hoorah emails congratulating reps on sales? It just becomes a bit annoying and demotivating especially when it’s the same person at times.
Should we start a forum to discuss customers that have horrible procurement directors? I feel like we should be able to warn fellow sales professionals of traps, tricks, and just overall waste of time.
I am thinking about taking a job at a cybersecurity company as an SDR. I am switching from real estate to tech sales. I know SDR is entry level and I am a little hesitant to take the position because I am almost 30. I am wondering if anyone else has taken the role mid-career and how it went for you? Was it worth working through to get into higher levels of a tech company?
My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota. Obviously this has crushed spirits, and I’ve lost any motivation to crush quota. How do I stay motivated ? Or is it time to find a new job?
Curious how some of you got into the SAAS sales world? Looking to continue to advance in the sales community.
I am currently in a CSR position and want to know where I should go from here? What would you suggest the next steps I take to further my career.
I’m currently an SDR & I am meeting my AE’s this week for the first time, any tips on how to build a good relationship with them?
Hey there ! Wondering how does UnitedHealth Group Pto policy work and does it increase with tenure ? What’s the limitations (blackout dates for holidays, etc). Thank you!
I had an interviewer show up late to an interview and then apologize and say that he’s handling an emergency situation. So, I’m relatively flexible and I say that I’m totally fine rescheduling and he says he’d rather just do the interview. He didn’t have his camera on, he’s in the car driving and talking to me. At the end he gives me his objections and I counter them and then he gives me “an assignment”. To write him an email marketing the company. These are all red flags right?
I am in dallas and looking for a new job. I currently work 70 hours a week and want to spend more time with my family. Looking for 150k sal or more, weekends off, decent benefits. I have a good resume, but no idea what I’d like to do. Anyone have ideas?
Hello everyone. I am searching for sales professionals with 3 to 5 years experience that are searching for a new job opportunity. Must be based in USA or Canada.
Is it common for Amazon to advertise a job role, only to alter the job listing to something else by the interviewing stage? I applied for a BDM role. A few days before my interview I saw that the job listing had changed to SDR. I asked for an explanation, but they said they were getting over qualified candidates so they had to change the job description and title to represent an entry level position. Nothing against SDR’s but that’s not what I applied for and it was a waste of time.
How do I answer the question “why are you leaving your current company”? Without shitting on my current company?
For background, my company hired me and 6 other sales people back in August 2021, I’ve had 3 different VP of Sales since then, have literally 2 customers on our product in my vertical. Marketing and product are horrible, the CMO is the CEO’s daughter and she’s only ever worked for my company.
I’ve had a fair amount of success in a couple of direct sales ventures, but I’ve ultimately never risen to the top because I’m not a great teambuilder. I’m trying to figure out how to pivot my career & make something from the skills I learned there, but I’m not really sure what that would look like because I never saw myself getting into sales in the first place. Where should I go from here? What is the pay structure typically like in entry-level sales jobs?
I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Just want to see if there’s a case for separate templates that I might be missing
Landed an interview tomorrow with Zendesk. I’m so excited for this! The role is for a business development representative. I have around 8 YOE in sales/client services. What kind of questions should I expect to answer in tomorrows interview? Also, can anyone give some insight on salary negotiation, schedule and benefits?
I work at a small CRM company in SaaS sales. It’s a small 35 ish employee company with a family-like culture.Been here for 7 years and usually make about 125k gross/year. I work remote, travel the world for free few times/year attending conferences, and just try to sell as much as I can. No stress, no quotas and what you would probably consider a “kushy” sales job. I feel like I could easily be making double at a salesforce and could land the job fairly easily with my experience. Worth the leap?
Just wrapped a round 1 Account Manager interview with T-Mobile
