Got a rejection email this morning as per usual. What exactly is "Your skills are impressive, but we're moving forward with candidates who align better with our needs" supposed to translate to? In my head, it's "you're not impressive enough" and that's discouraging and exhausting to feel all the time. How do you treat rejection letters?
