I’m leaning towards no cuz I think JT+CD have more upside even if Stevenson/Diggs have a higher combined avg ppg rn but I’d appreciate any feedback!

Hey all, Happy Monday. Curious for feedback on how you've seen severance offers approached.

My prior companies have always been what I thought of as average: min of 2 weeks plus extra week for every year for ICs, min of 4 weeks plus extra week for every year for managers, etc. for Directors & beyond.

Current co refuses to offer more than 1-2 weeks, max. I had to go to bat recently for a 3 year + manager level only to get 3 weeks and my leadership team is NOT happy with me.
