how’s WLB at SKP?

Just wondering about how is the WLB in HSBC account of Synechron? I am reading so much of pros and cons on Glassdoor and here. Some are saying the cons like Hire and fire are a FAKE news.

I have the highest offer in hand from Synechron with HSBC client. PLease help me make up my mind that I should join them or not?

I have another offer with LTI as well but just a marginal difference in pay, and Location being Mumbai. Should I choose LTI instead?

Why are IT firms not following salary multipliers across all YOE?

Say for a particular tech skill, they will give 20lpa to someone with 4 to 5 YOE, but for someone with 10 YOE and same skill sets, the cieling is fixed at 35lpa. Why is YOE*4 not applicable here?

I have an offer from EY GDS. They have not mentioned variable pay in offer letter. I inquired a bit and got to know that big 4s do not mention variable pay in their offer letter. Is it so ?
