What is the package that I can expect?

How long it'll take to get promoted from P3 to P4 for a leteral entry in LTI?

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Bonus: 15%

No stock options

How competitive is this, and what should I negotiate for please? The written offer comes after verbal agreement.

I want to ask for a 20%raise, knowing that the company is planning the year budget around now should I give my manager a heads up as to what I’m expecting before my salary review? The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. Joining location is Kolkata while project assigned is based at Hyderabad.
Would it be a good idea to join Accenture or better to stay back at TCS (retention offer: onsite & promotion) - considering I cannot change my base location from Kolkata. Will Accenture allow remote work once offices open?

If any company give more salary than another competitor for same position, if we show their offer. In this case what will be the expectation from candidate.
Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only.
